Whether people come to me because they just want to grow or are facing a big issue, together we unpack limiting beliefs and create a road map to raise their capacity for joy, connection and their best life. I begin with each client doing a personality assessment called the Enneagram and and then we move into consciousness concepts, exercises, and practices to integrate. This isn't a dress rehearsal and we are all meant to thrive, not just survive.
I work with individuals and teams as well as run retreats, workshops and do speaking engagements.
